Welcome to the Kingston Village website

""

Kingston is a small village about 7 miles west of Cambridge, with a population of just over 200. It nestles in a very quiet part of the beautiful South Cambridgeshire countryside, between the villages of Toft, Bourn and Great Eversden.

The parish council has set up this website to serve the local community and others with an interest in the village and its surroundings. We aim to provide you with information about local services, organisations and activities, together with current news and events relevant to Kingston.

Parking in Kingston

Kingston has a small public car park at the Village Hall in the centre of the village. Our roads are narrow and lack pavements, so please be mindful of this when choosing to leave a vehicle here. There is more information about this on our Noticeboard page, and we also have a suggested Parking Map available for download in pdf format (opens in new window).  Please DO NOT park on the Village Green; this is a recreational space and is NOT a car park.

Trails Through Kingston

This page on our website has a few ideas for walks around the Kingston area.

Important information from Kingston Parish Council about the railway project can be found here (page opens in a new tab)

Magazine

The Kingston Parish and Church Magazine is published monthly by the Parochial Church Council (with a grant from the Parish Council). It is produced by volunteers and distributed free to every household in the parish. It contains news, information, diary dates and more, and is an important resource for everyone in our community.
