Village Pub Night Guidelines and Pizza Ordering - Saturday 5th December 2020

The Easys are again offering pizzas, which must be pre-ordered (see below) by midday on Thursday. Now we are in Tier 2 there are changes to the rules - PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • YOU CAN ONLY BUY ALCOHOL AS PART OF A MEAL, which means you must buy a pizza. You must leave after you have finished eating. It has been made clear by the government that you cannot continue to drink alcohol after you have finished your meal.

  • WEAR FACEMASKS. Everyone aged 11 and over must wear a mask (unless you have good reason not to *) on entering the hall and only remove it when sitting at a table. The mask must be worn when walking around and exiting. (*Children under the age of 11, people who cannot put on, wear or remove a face covering because of a physical or mental illness or impairment, or disability do not need to wear a mask)

  • TRACK AND TRACE: We are required to record contact details of all visitors. Please give your details to the person at the door or at the bar.

  • NUMBERS ARE LIMITED. We may have to ask you to return home if the hall is full. Capacity is reduced. You will of course be able to collect your pizza if you have ordered one.

  • SOCIAL DISTANCING. Please remain 1 metre+ (preferably 2m) from anybody not in your household. Enter the hall by the usual door, exit by the old main entrance. Approach 'pinch points' with caution.

  • YOU CAN ONLY SIT WITH MEMBERS OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD (and support bubble). You must not move from group to group. Keep in the same seat throughout your visit.

  • REMAIN SEATED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE, except when visiting the toilet, and you will be served at the table.

  • NO GUESTS from outside Kingston please.

  • ENSURE YOUR CHILDREN follow the rules! You are responsible for your children at all times, whether they are on or off the premises. You are also responsible for your children maintaining social distancing, particularly in the vicinity of the elderly. If older children leave the premises during pub evening, please ensure they close the playground gates and engage the safety catches to prevent younger children following.

IF YOU WANT A PIZZA either to eat at the hall or take home it must be pre-ordered. See menu attached. John and Corinne will give you a timeslot for collection of your pizza order. Takeaway is available and will be collected outside the middle door at the village hall. First orders will be available from 6pm, last orders at 8pm. Payment by contactless card on collection.
